Delegates
who have attended the CME Program should complete the online evaluation
and proceed to TAMM to file and claim their CME Certificate. This
should be done immediately within 6 weeks from the date of the event.
After this period, the CME will be unobtainable in TAMM and the delegate
can no longer claim it.
